On June 13th and 14th, your Celtics will be fundraising to "Conquer Cancer". We will have a $2.00 dress down day, a special BBQ, head shaving, hair donation, and floor hockey game. All monies collected will go to the Children's Hospital Oncology Department. We will have professional barbers and hair dresses donate their time to help us in this event. Any students wishing to donate hair need to donate at least 8" of untreated hair. If your child is interested in donating or shaving their hair, please have them come to the office to get more information. Permission forms for head shaving and hair donation are available from the school office.
The Celtic Raffle Fundraiser is quickly coming to a close.
Draw date: SUNDAY, JUNE 17, 2018 @ 4PM.

E-transfers are accepted and photo confirmation of your ticket(s) will be emailed to you. There are only 40,000 tickets printed and e-transfers have started coming in! St. Patrick’s Regional Secondary School ALL CASH-PRIZE Raffle Fundraiser: Draw Date of June 17, 2018
We are requesting each family to pick up raffle tickets to sell. The funds raised from this event will directly support our students in extra-curricular programs and many other student activities.

Celtic Alumna Veronika Bylicki: 2018 Women of Distinction Nominees | Young Woman of Distinction
Veronika is a passionate environmentalist, urban enthusiast and community builder. Before graduating with a major in Global Resource Systems, Veronika was the Director of UBC’s largest student-run sustainability organization, Common Energy, where she engaged thousands of students in sustainability initiatives. Veronika has a wealth of experience organizing campaigns and events, from founding the annual UBC Waste Audit to co-organizing the 30Network on Housing and Affordability, a think tank for young leaders to collaborate on projects to address housing affordability in Metro Vancouver. Veronika is Co-Founder of CityHive, a social enterprise that is transforming the way young people are engaged in civic processes and urban sustainability challenges. She was named one of Starfish Canada’s Top 25 Environmentalists Under 25 and was honoured with a RADIUS Fellowship in Radical Doing.
