Volens et Valens (Ready and Willing)

St. Patrick Regional Secondary School recognizes that “the one size fits all model” does not meet the needs of all our students. We appreciate that we have students with varied gifts and talents, students with individual and special needs and students who are new to our country. It is our goal to support all learners regardless of gifts or needs.

Our programs are designed to help students balance academic learning with additional support. From personalized assistance to high-performance opportunities, we empower every student to excel.

The St. Patrick Regional Secondary Choir, with over half the student body enrolled, offers scholarships and a music theory course, and has achieved three consecutive Gold Rankings at the US National Choral Invitational “Festival of Gold.” The school also offers Drama classes for grades 8 through 12, with opportunities to participate in annual theatre productions, and provides a unique scholarship music theory program led by experienced teachers.

St. Patrick Regional Secondary School offers tailored support for students with diverse gifts, talents, and needs, including those new to the country, through three specialized programs. The High Performance Program provides individualized schedules and equivalency credits for students competing at high levels in activities outside of school.

St. Patrick Regional Secondary’s Learning Support Services (LSS) provides inclusive, collaborative support for learners of all abilities, ensuring equitable access to BC’s Curriculum and preparing them for life after high school, while engaging families and community resources in the education process.

The Integrated Studies program at St. Patrick Regional Secondary School promotes interdisciplinary learning across various subjects, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world applications and collaborative projects, ultimately preparing students to be adaptable, lifelong learners.

We offer International Exchange and the full-year International Program, to ensure a seamless academic journey with robust language support and cultural activities for global students
