Choose between the “Fillable PDF” or “Printable PDF”
Instructions for completing the fillable application:
1. Save the “Fillable PDF” above to your desktop and open it
2. Complete the application (*Please note that the Pastor Authorization form must be submitted to your Parish Priest for his signature. If your family is Non-Catholic, then you can sign the document at the bottom).
3. Click Save.
4. Open your email and create a new message.
5. Please enter adminstration@stpats.bc.ca in the “TO” section.
6. Enter the following in the subject line: New Student Application
7. Attach the PDF from your desktop onto the email and any additional supporting documents and hit send!
8. Proceed to “Step 3” to pay for the application fee via Square Payment Link.

1. Save the “Printable PDF” above to your desktop and print it.
2. Complete the application (*Please note that the Pastor Authorization form must be submitted to your Parish Priest for his signature. If your family is Non-Catholic, then you can sign the document at the bottom).
3. Please skip “Step 3” on this webpage and apply in person at the school office.
